Caring Connections Program

This rack card describes BMT InfoNet's Caring Connections Program that matches patients and family caregivers to others who have been through transplant.

Whether it's talking to someone who had the same diagnosis, same type of transplant or is the same age, we have a volunteer who is eager to provide peer support.
